Tan Tock Seng Hospital

Singapore Public Healthcare Provider – TTSH is one of Singapore’s largest multi-disciplinary hospitals with 170 years of pioneering medical care and development. The hospital has 45 clinical and allied health departments, 16 specialist centers and is powered by more than 7,000 healthcare staff. TTSH sees over 2,000 patients at its specialist clinics and some 460 patients at its emergency department every day. TTSH is part of the National Healthcare Group, providing holistic and integrated patient care.

Microtel’s Involvement

Microtel has setup an Inbound Contact Centre solution for TTSH’s 24hrs helpline and appointment lines. The solution is integrated with TTSH’s Integrated Health Information System (IHIS) and houses multiple IVRs and together with other features like CTI, Wallboard, recording, reporting tools etc. A redundancy module with implemented with auto-failover and no single point of failure to achieve high availability.

The Microtel Case Management System (CMS) support their Central Patient Assistance Center with different type of services like appointment bookings, Doctor’s schedules, enquiries and feedback management system. The system has enhanced capabilities such as email, SMS integrations and interacts with Parkway’s multiple health management system to retrieve and update data.

The State Courts of Singapore are one of the two tiers of the court system in Singapore, the other tier being the Supreme Court. The State Courts comprise the District and Magistrate Courts—both of which oversee civil and criminal matters—as well as specialised courts such as the coroner’s courts and the Small Claims Tribunals.
